CAMP TRIPS : 2026

PLEASE READ THE AREA CAMP POLICIES CAREFULLY BEFORE REGISTRATION:

1. All students are initially added to a waitlist upon registration, regardless of availability.
2. You must be 18 or older to register yourself.
3. The registration process is a lottery.
4. Early Waitlist (At Mr. Christmas Tree ONLY) will receive $100 off the total camp cost post-registration! Camp Sign-Ups will open to the public on Wednesday, December 17th.
5. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
6. All additional camp payments are due and nonrefundable after 3/13/2025.​ Late payments may result in losing your spot. Payment plans must be approved by the area within 7 days of waitlisting. The area pays for each spot on this date, and is therefore unable to refund after March 13th.
7. Students will begin to be registered (taken OFF the waitlist) by February 1st . You will be notified via email upon registration and charged the deposit.
8. The area must receive the camper's Health Form within 7 days of receipt of the form link sent via email.
9. When registering your student, please use an email you check frequently and do NOT use a Hotmail email. The area is not responsible for missed deadlines, and your spot can be lost if critical deadlines are not met.
10. Campers will begin to be taken off the camp waitlist by February 1st upon leader confirmation. Priority will go to upperclassmen, students currently connected to leaders, and students that adhered to the Going Together Camp Pledge (if previously attended a YL Camp). Ultimately, the registration process is a lottery (see above).

MALIBU CAMPING:

1. Parents MUST complete a BORDER CROSSING FORM​ . This form MUST be printed, completed in BLUE ink, and mail it to P.O. Box 986 Snoqualmie WA 98065.

2. Parents must EMAIL​ a scanned copy of their students international travel docs (EITHER a Passport OR enhanced drivers license that does not expire BEFORE Sept. 2026).

​ 3. Campers will begin to be taken off the camp waitlist by February 1st upon leader confirmation. Priority will go to upperclassmen, students currently connected to leaders, and students that adhered to the Going Together Camp Pledge (if previously attended a YL Camp). Ultimately, the registration process is a lottery (see above).

4. There will be a mandatory parent camp meeting for ​ ALL campers going to Malibu via Zoom offered on Tuesday, March 10th, 2026 from 12-1PM OR Thursday, March 12th 2026 from 3-4PM. A parent only needs to attend ONE of the two meetings offered. Meeting links will be sent in the camp registration email confirmation.
